Boston Bruins prospect Jamie Arniel has been arrested for impaired driving.
Police allege that Arniel was behind the wheel of a Toyota that zig-zagged across lawns and hit parked cars, utility poles and a stop sign in a half-hour long early-morning smashing spree in the Kingston west-end neighbourhood where he lives.
Man, I wanted to pick this guy up, but I'm glad we didn't. What a ******.

I know you're not supposed to, but I laughed pretty hard imagining him driving like a Prius across peoples lawn s and bouncing off cars. :biglaugh:

Police say Arniel, who was arrested at 3:27 a.m. on June 22, later submitted a breath sample that showed he had a blood-alcohol level two and a half times over the legal limit.
I liked what I had heard about his on-ice abilities. I guess the off-ice issues were about as bad as advertised.
