Hey guys I'm trying to get to my first game at the Rock this year but I'm really not sure what is a good deal or what seats I should be trying to get. Im trying to get 2 tickets up to $100 per. What would you guys recommend me trying to get for around that price. Im aware it the playoffs and its Vs the Rags so my dollars arnt going to go as far as usual. Just dont want to get tickets in a horible section or something else lame.

Stop thinking and start buying. These tickets are going quick, so you'd be lucky to even get a ticket or even a pair of tickets.

I just picked up 2 seats in 104 for $65 a pop for game 5. :yo: I also saw $40 dollar seats for Game 7 available in the upper levels.

I went to college in the South and lived about 5 years of my life below the Mason/Dixon line. A word of advice:

DO SOME RESEARCH AND FIND THAT "PLACE" NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Assuming you know what town you will be in that night of course. I'm serious. It's as if you're asking to find Mens Field Hockey or Cricket on television down there. You'll likely need to find a top-notch sports bar that carries every sports package.

I've heard the "official sports bar of the Carolina Hurricanes" doesn't even show the games.

Good luck finding that game. Hope it's on VS and hope you can find somewhere that has VS. If you're in a hotel, I've never stayed at a hotel that has VS, except at the beach in the summer, and well, it doesn't matter then.

The inventory that was originally made available was all gone for every game. That's why I made this thread tonight rather than posting in the dedicated tix thread, so people didnt miss it when I noticed tix for Game 5 and Game 7 popped up late tonight.

Nascar infuriates me. First of all, throw out the fact that its cars driving in a circle. There is really no team to root for, in sports usually your favorite team is based on your location or home, so what do you just pick a driver? but then I remember that its the South.

No, but there are teams which makes the sport even more retarded. For example, my friend is a NASCAR friend from Boston (:huh:) and tells me that Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon are teammates and yet competed 1-2 for the championship last year. Made no sense to me. Well I'm going down for a wedding, it's on Saturday. Friday is just the rehearsal dinner....I'm looking at Saturday AM flight options.

If that fails I have a plan, I've been to Chapel Hill a bunch of times now and her parent's place (where we are stayin) is hooked up with DirectTV....funny thing is last time we were down, the Devils game was on....just 3 hours later on HDNet.

Worst comes to worse, it's the laptop and Center Ice online, just gotta figure out how to set it up.

I'm covered, but I'm just pissed I'm probably not gonna be in the stands.

just bought tixx to game 5. hoping there's a game. section 226, row 5. how good is that?? my 1st time ever at the rock. $40 a piece. aint that bad.
