Big game that the Devils need to win. I know they could lose in OT but it's tied in my fantasy hockey league 5-5 on the last day with me having Nabokov and Brodeur and him having Lundqvist and MA Fleury. Also we need to beat the Rangers once this season.

I mean even though were 7-0 against you guys, we as Rangers fans still arent feeling all that comfortable playing the Devils in round 1, and Im sure you guys arent very comfortable going into this. Now, I'm being told that the first two games of the series could be Wednesday night and Friday night if the Devils have home-ice advantage because NBC would not want a Saturday afternoon game from the series with the the network more interested in Pittsburgh, Washington (if the Caps' don't face Ottawa) and Detroit.

If the Rangers have home ice, Game 1 would definitely be Thursday night (the Knicks have home games on Wednesday and Friday) and Game 2 would likely be Saturday night.

So regarding the Center Ice issue... I can tell you for Canada the problem is that TSN booked this game at the start of the year and apparently decided to change it at the last minute to the Pens/Flyers. Center Ice out here never airs a game also on TSN, so now we have the Pens/Flyers on both networks. Now, the smart, logical thing to do would be to air the Devils game in the CI Pens/Flyers slot (which is the channel I've left my TV on) but I'm not too confident in Center Ice's intelligence right about now.

Either way, I intend to let both networks hear about this one. :shakehead

All Canadian Center Ice users - please call your CI representative.. I'm on the phone with them now and they have no clue this is happening. I'm trying to get the game on now but the more people call the better.

This is all TSN's fault and I'm calling them next.

EDIT - I got through to their programming dept. TSN did not tell them about the change apparently. They just put the game on the channel for the Pens/Flyers!!! game on!

That's ridiculous. I was on the phone with them for about 15 minutes, spoke to 3 different people and the game was on 2 minutes after I hung up. They put the game on the pens/flyers channel and theres a little graphic at the bottom of the screen now saying "pens/flyers can be seen on TSN".

You should call them back and tell them that Rogers has corrected the problem after customer calls, why can't they?

I don't really think there's anyone to blame.. Since both defenders went to Pandolfo Lundqvist just had to focus on the shooter and it gave Gio no good options. Oh well, thankfully Rupp made up for it.
