Playoff Beards!

I already have a full on goatee going, I don't plan on shaving any of it during the playoffs, I'll just let the rest fill in and see what happens.

Grew one last year, I'll probably do the same for this year

haha - I usually let the shaving go if we head to the conf. finals... but up til then I don't. Plus the fact I have really thin/patchy facial hair doesn't make for a good look in the office. :cry:

I have the chin scruff going what I have had since august. It would look too sloppy for my work to have something that is not neat.

I shave all year long, but when it comes to the playoffs, I shave on the first day of the playoffs and not again until the Devils are eliminated.

I am going to be growing it, but I'll shave it on the Tuesday before the playoffs start so that it won't be TOO out of control.

ive had a full beard since early sept '03.....didnt trim it for 3 years (long story...and beard!) ....still have one now albeit 'respectable'......im doing the whitey chops and 'stache though this year ....funny thing....i was thinking about the look last night. sort of fu with half chops with a bit of hook in 'em. :)

I will not be shaving until the Devils get eliminated, but that does not mean I will be growing a beard because I really only shave once a week and even then it's not that long. So in short, I will be growing the hair that I have on my face and will let it grow until the playoffs are over.

I normally have a beard and i shaved it last week. I'm thinking of going play-off bald. I think it's actually more dedication for me to shave everyday rather than trim it twice a week.

Note all you: Chicks LOVE beards. I started one two years ago and have never looked back, although I might need a visit form Clyde and Keith soon ;) I honestly have never had this kind of attention from the fairer sex in my life. You should keep it nice, but many girls love the "Jesus" look too.

I would if I were a guy. It's a cool way to support the team. I just wear my devils pendant everywhere I go.

I wouldn't be able to grow anything more than Parise or Elias are capable of growing, so there's not much point in me even trying.

I don't feel so bad when we've got a bunch of baby-faced guys on our team: Parise, Elias (he's been growing his forever), Langs, Brylin, Zajac, Martin.

I don't think i'll get as crazy as Dano or Madden did way back when; but I can get close if I let it go for more then a week.

I'll try, but I think I'll wait and see if the Devils show me that its worth growing the beard.
