Langs and Gio switch?

maybe but langs does some nive corner work for that line

No, definitely not. Gio's speed is crucial on the Maddolf(onta) line, and will be a good improvement going into the playoffs. It works both ways because it gives Madden (and Pando) more scoring chances because Madden and Gio can go up at the same speed rather than Madden blowing through the neutral zone and waiting for Pando and _____ to show up in the play, and also because Gio's speed will be good in playing against top liners.

While Langenbrunner had some chemistry with Madden and Pandolfo in 2003, that line was changed for a reason. I think Langenbrunner is not very good defensively and tends to concentrate too much on offense and let pucks go past him for odd man rushes.

We should put Greene on the 1st line wing and Langenbrunner on defence. Langs plays defence on the powerplay so it should work. I have stats here *shuffles papers* that show that when Langs plays defence the team scores 16.1% of the time :sarcasm:.
