My source is MAB. That's the news they had at this morning's practice.

And it's 5 games minimum. They said the lenght is still undetermined.

MAB will be in the lineup saturday against St.Louis, paired with O'Donnell.

I agree. Campbell doesn't have the stones to suspend Pronger longer than 3.

So Pronger is gone for five games (pr something), he comes back at start of playoffs ready to play. This also gives a chance for MAB to get into some sort of form before the playoffs.

When MAB played for the Oilers, Guy Flaming (Oilers writer) confirmed with MAB that the Goon was indeed a friend, and accurate...so he's legit.

I'm totally fine with him being suspended for the rest of the regular season, too. That's 9 games, which I think should satisfy most (but obviously not all) people. As long as he's ready to go for the playoffs, I'm okay with it.

I can vouch for GOON's relationship with MAB. It was confirmed to be true when Bergeron was an Oiler.

I've never known him to post anything that wasn't later confirmed.

Had Simon not been fresh off a 25 game suspension, he wouldn't have recieved 30 games for his stomp. Pronger hasn't had anything remotely close to a 25 game suspension in his life, so no, there's no way in hell he gets 30 games.

Not saying Simon isn't technically more of an offender, just saying that Pronger is no angel, and certainly deserves some attention in this matter.

I despise Kesler and still have a small amount of love for what pronger did for the Oilers.
