If anyone catches any Robert Nilsson - games, I and probably many with me, would love to read about it.
I think this could be a good move for Nilsson actually, especially if he gets quality ice-time.
So if anyone has some time posting updates I'd appreciate it a lot :) :handclap:

In his second game with gottéron nilsson played not very well, but the team wone 2:1 against ehc kloten. he played again in the third line, between 11-13 minutes. he looked a bit tired. now is a two week break in switzerland and five games left up to the end of the regular season. his team is now only 2 pointes behind the playoff spot. unfortunately i will miss the next two games of gottéron, because i am going to philadelphia to see the flyers against the rangers and the sharks.

so, zero points in 2 games and only 5 games left in regular season. What happens if his team misses the playoffs? His season will be already over??
Anyway, to go to Switzerland to play as a third liner in a virtually hits-free league looks like a strange move for a guy looking for improving his chances to succeed one day in the NHL. I know something had to be done cause he wasn't getting any icetime with Leksand, but was this really the best thing to do? thoughts?

I guess he hoped (or still hopes) for a scoring line spot, and of course for a playoff spot too. It was a bit of a gamble, but staying in Leksand would not have helped either.

well, Leksand wanted money for Robert and there wasn't any SEL teams that were willing to pay about 40,000 $ for his services. Djurgĺrden wanted to but that would have ruined their budget for the current season. I believe they tried to get Robert on loan but Leksand said no.
