2) His play has been dreadful in all three games - one turnover after another in all areas of the ice. Has he recovered a dump in yet?
3) Can't find Turris in this tournament with a search warrant - he is awful right now as a first line center - which is affecting Marchand
4) If you are going to play the hell out of Sutter - and that is your shutdown line - why aren't they on the ice in the last minute - and while I'm talking about the last minute - what is Doughty doing out there in that situation?

You are blaming Marchand's crappy play on Turris? Turris has been one of the top 2 or 3 forwards through three games, not that that is saying much.

Marchand wasn't put in a situation to fail. He was put in a situation where all he needed to do was make a simple play and insted he turned back into the middle of the ice...(long after he should have curled towards the boards and cycled into the corner.)

There were NO Canadian players showing poise in the 3rd period. Sutter was every bit as rattled as Marchand and you can go all the way down the line. The TEAM blew this game...NOT one player! Even the ever reliable Bernier was in a full out scramble.

It happens. I'm not throwing any player under the bus for this game.

Canada probably 'picked' the right time to fall apart. We'll likely need to play a 1/4 final game now,but that is not the end of the world.

All the streaks and records and extra curricular hype can be archived for the great achievements that they are.

This loss is one we can recover from.

On the contrary it was a fully charged,emotion filled game that BOTH teams can grow from.

In some way I agree with you. Only because I thought Marchand shouldn't have even made the team in the first place.

I have found Stamkos unimpressive so far...I don't know what you've seen. The potential is great, but he's done almost nothing.
