ok so no one posted one, but if douggie is reading this welcome to the team!!:yo:

ANYWAY, he seems to be finding a home on the 2nd line w/ ryan and kunitz. Kunitz takes alot of pressure off of doug having to forecheck(not saying that he is not capable, just we need him to stay healthy) because e is so aggressive. He seems to put ryan at ease almost as he is constantly talking to him, which is a great sign to keep ryanproducing.

any thoughts??

Weight brings veteran presence and leadership to the team and it will be important especially in the playoffs.

I like how the team looks, now only if Teemu comes back...oh my.

Weight was a great addition. we all know the trade is to save cash for next year so that you guys can resign Perry....in the meantime everyone seems to harp on Weight for not replacing McDonald...

Truth is, he doesn't have to. Andy Mac wasn't the same without Selanne...and with your D you don't need that much secondary scoring...Weight is a fine second offensive option and a great source of leadership...

the Ducks are going to be tough to beat...
