They just explained it in the Sharks broadcast. It's "interference" if you play the puck while 1 or both skates are still in the penalty box. Basically Perry couldn't touch the puck until he fully stepped out of the box.

Man San Jose has been playing like crap. Good thing we played 3 games with them during this stretch. I'm still not convinced the Ducks are true contenders after these 4 games with Niedermayer (mainly because we've played slumping/injured teams), but I'm at least a little encouraged. I still think we'll be 3rd in the Pacific and about the 6th seed though.

His whole line only played like 3 shifts in the 3rd. Same with the 4th line. It was basically Getzlaf and Pahlsson the entire 3rd. Maybe because of defense?

I don't even really mind the bitter Edmonton fans gloating at that one brief moment when they were tied with the Ducks (ahead by tiebreaker). I just found the "merry Christmas" part funny because it had so much potential to backfire. That and the fact that parts of the fanbase are so used to losing that being tied with a crappy team at 10th place, out of the playoffs, is considered some kind of victory.

Yeah the Shark Tank's got pretty good sightlines. Did they lower the giant Shark head for the players to skate through? Did you wear a Pronger jersey to piss people off? Although the times I went the fans were pretty nice.

Cool trivia about Tank. The road it's on is route 82. That's El Camino Real, the road that connected all the missions. Although route 82 actually makes a turn at one of the lights right around the arena. I know this because I decided to drive down El Camino Real as far as I could go one night. We got lost at that corner for a little because we didn't expect route 82 to turn.

The Blues are the only team we've played alot more games than, other than that it's mostly 2 or 3 games and with the way the team is starting to play i'm not that concerned about games in hand not even half way through the year. Niedermayer is back, Bertuzzi is starting to play well, JS is starting to hit his stride, Pronger has been playing beastly. Hopefully Weight will get some chemistry with someone and then most of the pieces are in place with Selanne possibly playing in January.

In a game that was notable for the puck jumping around, Bobby did stand out as having a hell of a time keeping the puck on his stick.

I just noticed he does quite a few unassisted falls. He's got undeniable talent though.
