Texas vs Tennessee at 7pm on Versus in the Legends Classic Final.
it will be on Versus at 7pm. They drew only 5k last night in the semifinals though it was not really advertised for some reason.

It was constantly being advertised in the Star Ledger and The Record. I didn't see any advertisement any where else though. But if you read the newspaper you had to know about it. I think they had a commericial about it too.

Very few preseason tournaments draw. Some of them look like they're being played
in empty arenas... like that one in Puerto Rico. There may have literally been 3 people there. But, if I travelled with the team, I'd be at the beach, or a casino, or
maybe a combination of those two things... so I understand.

Probably just a dry run for the NCAA's.

the NYC area is NOT a college sports area.

sure, Rutgers has had its moment but if that program sinks to new lows again, you won't hear about college sports in NY Papers unless its Top 25 football and hoops on one page a week.

NCAA tournament games would do well because they mean something

I checked out a few minutes on Versus tonight, Tennessee had a decent contingent. It is good that out of towners came into to Newark to see our sparkling arena.
