Game two in the new house, let's try to pack the Rock!

I wouldn't mind one empty seat though, right next to me, sounds like it's pretty tight up there...

Also, I posted this in the tickets thread but I have 2 extra tickets in Sec 213 for $20 apiece ($35 apiece face value). Somebody already inquired about buying one of them but if possible I'd like to sell both of them as a pair. I'll be at class until 10 so PM me if you'd like them. If I don't get any PM's by 10 tonight then I'll give them to the poster who originally inquired about one of the tickets.

I really, really hope I'll be there in my seats at section 1, row 16. I was at work today until 8 PM (from 8 AM to 8 PM); so I really, really hope I'll be there on time tomorrow.

someone mentioned $10 seats to any students who come wearing a costume for this game.
I will assume you have to show a student ID at the box office and then you can buy a ticket for $10.

Halloween Costume Contest

The Devils are celebrating Halloween Wednesday night by holding a costume contest. Anyone who wears a costume to Wednesday's game against Tampa Bay at Prudential Center will be eligible to win one of 20 pairs of tickets to one of the two soldout Hannah Montana shows (Saturday, Dec. 29 and Sunday, Dec. 30) at the Newark arena.

Also, any student who wears a Halloween costume Wednesday night will be admitted to the game for only $10. Tickets are available at Prudential Center's box office (Mulberry and Edison Streets). For more on the contest, including the rules, visit www.newjerseydevils.com.

Excellent, I think there's another 229 around the boards, I'm row 5, seat 6 (actually the seat number is upside down and says 9). Stop by and say hi, I usually wear a Gionta jersey.

229 was my section at the old arena for many years! maybe one day I will sit back in 229 again!

You should, it's obviously the best section in the Rock!! We also have the luxury of the press box 46 inch HDTV's right above our heads! Gotta love havin that FSN feed right there for replays.

I flew from Canada for this!!! (and Friday and Saturdays game as well as sightseeing in New York) They better win so I can see the first ever win there.:handclap:

Yeah, it's numbered Row 5, but I sit in the 4th row. Right in the middle. Zero idea why they numbered them that way. I wanted to be in the 1st row (err,,,2nd I guess), but there were none left for STs. Now I'm GLAD I'm where I am, as those poor bastids have absolutely no leg room up against the glass.

I'm not doing 30 games in 30 nights, but I am doing all the arenas before I turn 30 and it's just to see the Devils play!

I've been to 16 arenas, and I'm hitting up another 5 this season!! It gets expensive, so I can only imagine how expensive this guys trip is costing him! But, who can take off a month from work??

The other side doesn't have the TV's. I was in 216 for Bon Jovi last night...No TV's.

The TVs are for the press box's........ just that us in the upper level on that side get to see them...

The press boxes are above us BG, which is why we have the TV's on our side.

Because the press box people get to see the replays and everything else that is going on.

Since there is no press box on the other side, there's no reason for the TV's.

He has season tickets up in my section and he was wearing a Devils jersey that says "Fuzzy".

I honestly don't understand that. They're one of our biggest rivals.

That would be like a Red Sox fan having season tickets at Yankee Stadium a sporting a Jeter jersey....it just doesn't make sense.
