George Davis

Just a quick post....went to a Halifax Mooseheads game tonight (Moose won 4-1). It was a chippy game, so you know Davis was involved in it...anyway, he got into a fight and they were going at it, when the unlucky opponent got his hand free and punched Davis in the face. This is where it gets cool.
Normal person = head would go back (laws of physics...), some sort of reaction...
Our crazy 5th rounder = doesn't flinch, doesn't move...he just stood there and took it, turns his head and glares at the guy, gives him a look like he's about to seperate buddy's face from his skull....scariest thing I've ever seen, I would not want to piss off George Davis

Later on in the game, Davis sorta challenged the Baie Comeau bench...no takers...of course.
Anyway, just letting you all know how Davis is doing....it was nuts.

That was a beauty tilt; right down in front of me. His sticking out the chin for his opponent with guard down, and the subsequent psychotic grin after the pillow thrown was simply priceless.

Then how about that haymaker of an uppercut? One of the bigger punches I've seen thrown (and landed) in the last couple years.

But... he is goal-less in over a year. :dunno:
