I say good for Jersey Jim. There wasn't a role in the Devils lineup for him, and Philly's close enough to him for him. After reading the atricle, I was surprised that Dowd played for nine clubs in his career.

i really dont understand why they signed him, from what i understand he barely played in preseason and is going to be 39. good luck to him anyway.
