The Ducks really need a top 2 defensemen. Carney essentially did his job. Nazlund's line was quiet for most of the game. Its the other defensemen and the forwards who are blowing coverage.

I agree Jerky,the only defensemen of late that have played well at all have been Carney,Simpson and Vishnevski...everyone else needs to do their jobs. it is panic time because we lost a game where we DOMINATED scoring chances and shots on goal but because of the defense we lost.

I know we were after Kenny Jonsson earlier in the season...would he be a good pickup?
Oh well atleast "Average third liner" McDonald is having a really good season maybe he can play defense.

Pass on these three, none are better than what we've already got. And DeVries is vastly overpaid.
