I know he doesn't care how others say it, but I'd imagine he'd lean towards Parizee after growing up in the US and having people mispronounce it constantly.

I say Parizay. It sounds better with "zach" in it.
Also sometimes NHL.com types:
Zack Parise
Darius Dangleaitis

When he was at UND, our broadcasters usually always said it "Pa-ri-si", so that's always how I say it, but sometimes I'll pronounce it with a Z instead of the S. Old habits die hard, so I've never been able to say it the last two ways.

the name "Parise" has a couple different variations like Parisi and Parissi but essentially it's an Italian name. It's from the name of the city, Paris. So it was used to indicate someone from there, or who was a merchant that went there. So I asked my mother who's from Italy how she would pronounce it and she said Pa-ri-say. Although she like rolled the r and what not....
So thats how I say it, take it for what it's worth, hope it helped.

America= Pa-ri-see, where the "ri" is pronounced as a long e.
Canada= Pa-ri-zay
Since he was born in, grew up in, played in, and is still currently playing in America, pronounce is the American way.
