no they have a pre-season game tonight vs Vancouver. I'd assume that the final cuts will be tomorrow...then we will know the roster for the England trip.

No. Nor are they likely to until the day they leave, or just before.

If it helps the team will definitely be with out: S.Niedermayer, Pahlsson, Jiggy, Schneider, and Selanne (even though he's still a FA.)

So am I to assume that Bryzgalov will start in 1 of the London games?

Yep, he will probably start one and Jonas Hiller will probably start one.

Or Bryz will start both.

Hiller and Bryzgalov will share the Ducks goaltending duties in London.

I was reading Adam Brady's blog and he wrote this:
Updated Sept. 24 at 3:45 p.m.

I just want to clarify something that was inadvertantly listed on the website earlier. The latest Ducks roster does not necessarily reflect the Ducks' opening night roster, especially in light of the trade the Ducks just made to acquire Mark Mowers. The roster has been cut down to 27 and the Ducks will have to get down to 24 players before the opening game in London on Sept. 29. It's 24 players instead of the usual 23, since the league has allowed the Ducks and Kings to carry an extra goalie to London.

3 more cuts?

won't the problem be solved by placing Pahlsson, Schneider and Giguere on IR???

I think Giguere's close enough that he shouldn't be on the IR. Didn't they say last week that he's expected to be practicing around the time of the games? So he might even be ready for our first non-London game.

No Giguere is just going along for the trip he won't participate in the games. Coleman is on the roster for a reason. If Giguere were ready to go, Coleman would be in Portland.

What I meant was that Jiggy would be fit enough for full practice upon arrival to London, but would need practice for a few days before he can play (and thus wouldn't be in a game until after London). He might play our 3rd game, whoever that is.

I don't believe that he is ready for practice either.

Well there was an article in the Register that said he thought he would be practicing by Wednesday, the day they arrive in London. It's not on the site anymore, but there's a picture of the article here: http://img521.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture2tp4.png

This is kind of old though, it's from the 20th, after a Sharks game. Who knows how his status has changed since then.

If a player is put on IR, is there a certain amount of games they have to miss?

There is no number of games specified. A player has to remain on the IR list for a minimum of 7 days.
