When you are feeling bad, you want to remember a game you lost to the Caps?

Smart ass...Who didn't smile when Cam scored his first goal?

:p:

I was watching that game on TV with my roommate (a Caps fan) and when Cam scored I told her I didn't care if the Devils lost that game (which looked pretty certain) and the next game of their back-to-back the following day, that's how happy I was that he finally got a goal. He's the kind of player that's never going to be more than a fourth liner and barely has enough skill to be an NHLer, but he'll always be a fan favorite.

That game was the beginning of the end.

Yeah, I'd love to remember that it's people like Cam Janssen that are dragging this team down. Our 1st liners are 2nd liners our 2nd liners are 3rd liners, our 3rd liners are 4th liners, our 4th liners are really burger flippers.

Really? If that's how you feel, you can go root for someone else! The fact that you believe that Elias and Gomer are 2nd liners and that Parise, Zajac and Langs are 3rd lines, really proves to me that you might possibly smoke crack in your off time.

I was actually at the game with my Dad who is a Caps fan, and I didn't even care that they Devs lost, of course until the 3 hour ride home when I was stuck in a car with him talking crap about the Devils losing the whole time.

I <3 Cam, it was definitely one of the best moments of the season and I am glad I was there.

Someone should make a thread of the Top Ten N.J. Devils YouTube moments from last season...!:teach:

(Someone more interweb savvy than I am, that is...):help:

They sure played like it last year. First liners are 80 point players, 2nd liners are 60 point players.....and so on and so forth. You guys really need a ****ing reality check on how ****ed up the Devils were last season. Without Marty this team wouldn't be in the playoffs. Thank your stars that he played for the Devils last year and played out of his mind till it caught up to him in the playoffs.
