Wish my team did as well. Belizarius 12-21-2003, 11:18 AM I believe the Devils have 3 prospects : USA - Zach Parise (U North Dakota), 2003 #17 Cech Rep. - Petr Vrana (Halifax, QMJHL), 2003 2nd rounder. He was injured a few weeks ago, but it seems he will play. A 2002 pick, defenseman Marek Chvatal (Sarnia, OHL) was also invited to czech camp but i don't know if he was selected. That's all this year. Teemu 12-21-2003, 11:34 AM What's the story on Kantee? SmokeyClause 12-21-2003, 11:45 AM The Wild do an excellent job of scouting, to get Burns and O'Sullivan at where they got them in last years draft was outstanding, and Harding is an excellent goaltending prospect. I wouldn't call nabbing O'Sullivan late 'great scouting'. He was a risk that many teams weren't willing to take. Everyone knew he was a first round talent, but teams shied away from him. My Preds passed on him repeatedly even though they knew he had great talent. The Burns pick though :handclap: So far, so good. thestonedkoala 12-21-2003, 11:51 AM I like O'Sullivan personally, I thought he was a semi steal. We could've had five if Couchraine wasn't cut :joker: but I really doubted that he could've made it. On that note, Eckerblom our Swedish prospect was the last one taken in the 2001 draft I believe :D Oz 12-21-2003, 11:55 AM That Jackets have... Dan Fritsche - USA Arsi Piispanen - Finland Ok Tollefsen - Norway Nikolai Zherdev - Russia...maybe...stay tuned Sotnos 12-21-2003, 01:16 PM Tampa has one, Dmitri Kazionov for Russia icarus 12-21-2003, 01:44 PM Calgary Flames have five: Dion Phaneuf (Canada) Greg Moore (USA) Pierre Johnsson (Sweden) Tim Ramholt (Switzerland) Emmanuel Peter (Switzerland) Germany - Alexander Sulzer (3rd - '03) Is Sulzer playing? Choosing two seems a little arbitrary don't you think? Why not 3? Why not 5? Seachd 12-22-2003, 04:16 PM Edmonton only has one this year: Fredrik Johansson med Sverige. Seachd 12-22-2003, 04:17 PM I dont know if theyre better, but Seabrook and Wisniewski. Wisniewski is the best prospect you havent heard of.
