A hockey miracle

Well, maybe not a miracle, but it was quite awesome so I thought I would share. My directv box went kaput once again (2nd time in three months) yesterday so I called and *****ed at them and they finally told me they would send me a new box for free, however it would not arrive until Friday, I told them that this was not acceptable, that it was playoff hockey time and I had purchased their NHL center ice package for a reason. They, being pure evil denied me and it looked as though I was going to miss game one of the Ducks Vs. Wild series as well as the other games being played on Wednesday and Thursday. Then today I get a call from my friend saying he has an extra ticket to the game and is going to take me!!! This will be my first playoff game ever and im so excited I do not think I can sleep.

Damn, I was going to ask you to play for our team tomorrow, Brian is pretty much playing by himself, haha.

Brian with one other decent player and Jason in goal... everyone else for the most part is out of shape or are playing their 2nd game in years with 3 forwards.

haha ya I would have ditched class and played with you guys tomorrow night too since I had my midterm last week but this is an opportunity I just can't pass up obviously!

That's why I'll be sitting in my usual seats in 201 instead of playing also.

*******, I'll be in the nosebleeds but IMO there is no bad seat at the Ponda center so it's all gravy.
