Vancouver is supposed to play Wednesday so that leaves one more west slot and i'm guessing Detroit or the SJ/NSH series gets the other..just a guess.

Congratulations on your first Pacific Division title. Sharks made it close, but the gap was a little too large to make up. Good luck in the playoffs.

Well, I would've rather won it with a win tonight, but, whatever. A Pacific Division crown is a Pacific division crown, am I right?

Also, it's also great that there's a good chance that we could end up facing San Jose these playoffs(if the Pacific win their series' and Detroit also wins, or if we just meet up in the Western finals), so that'll be good.

I think if we meet at all in the playoffs it'll be in the second round because Detroit would have to lose to the Flames and I don't see that happening. In fact I think the Wings will win in 5. But a playoff series against each other would be epic. Congrats on the fine season for y'all.

Probably not the right thread but it's intresting that Selanne finished the season with a 50.7% face-off win-%. That's pretty good for a winger who has never played center.
