Holding at .500, we need to win this road game. Our record on the road is horrible. The Ducks need to play an honest 60 minutes in this game.

Yea, Gerbs is starting. There is no room for error. The Ducks are hanging tight in the playoff race. We need to play the guy who is playing the best. I'm not too worried about Jiggy. There is plenty of time now until April when we need him. Gerber is good and can get us to the playoffs. But we need Jiggy if we want to win the Cup.

Today is apparently Fedorov's birthday, so maybe he'll be feeling cocky and actually play a little bit, score a goal or two.

we had all the momentum in the 3rd period, untill the 2 idiotic penalties by ward and gerber. We just handed the game to them.

The Ducks killed themselves the first 5 minutes of the game. The Sharks have a fast team. We can't outskate them. The only player who was any bit effective was Andy Mac and Fedorov. The other players just don't have the wheels. We need some bangers tonight. The very least, some rough play.

You know what, Rooch? You don't play with intensity at home, either. On the road the matchups fail you and your talent can't carry you. At home you outscore em but you don't outwork em.

It also sounds like they're starting to take winning games at home for granted, too. The chemistry on the team is just all wrong. New captain, new defensive mindset, forwards who'll work for their chances rather than just seeing what happens. They're still waiting for that big run from last season to rematerialize.

So, I gather, are most of the fans. We're in trouble. We need a change immediately. If this continues, we're not going to make the playoffs. We'll be just another Stanley Cup Finalist with an asterisk*

The Ducks haven't been a counterpunching team this season. I don't know why. Maybe we gained size and lost speed. Add to the fact that this team hasn't been at all physical without Nieds, Leclerc, Bylsma, and now Carney. The main problem with the Ducks is that we have no identity. We are only living off the identity we built last year but this is a completely different team.

Not only did the Ducks lose...but it was a horribly boring game to watch as well...all these games against San Jose and theres no animosity/intensity...???

TRADE HAVELID RIGHT NOW...I can't believe how bad he has been this year. What happened to him???
