What's up with Ozolinsh?

Is he going to play this weekend or is he out? How bad is this "rib" injury? Anyone have any news?

They haven't elaborated on "ribcage bruise". I've never bruised my ribcage so I don't have an opinion on whether or not that's serious enough to keep Ozo out a few games.

I guess if Kariya can miss eleventy-twelve games with a wrist sprain, 4 games with a bruised ribcage is not so unreasonable.

I have.. and it was pretty painful.. took about 3-4 weeks to heal.. and it even hurt to breath.. so I guess ozo probably won't suck it up and play..

Maybe a blessing in disguise, if Havelid can get his game back while Ozo's out. I thought he played much better the last few games.

I agree. Havelid seems to be playing alot better since Ozo went out. Maybe the guy likes the pressure. He was great before we traded for Ozo and then he kinda took a back seat. Well this is an opportunity for Havelid to showcase how good he really is.
