Make sure that if you want to get parking somewhere in the vicinity of the arena that you arrive early.

I'm not sure I like this whole sell out thing.

So what makes a game against Columbus, after you guys lost 3 in a row a sell out?

Anything to do with Feds, maybe?

-Columbus Fan just wondering.

Feds was never a fan favorite here -- just too aloof and measured, I guess, and didn't show much intensity on the ice. But perhaps that spoke somewhat of his talent.

Ducks attendance is always a puzzle in Anaheim. Maybe a broader public has finally caught on to the Ducks' leading the league, or perhaps the college football season is over. The weather is cooler, too, it's now in the 50s at night.

I wish I lived in Anaheim then...I'd be at every game absorbing the sexiness that is the Ducks.

This is actually the 3rd or 4th sellout in a row.

It might actually not be sold out.

Two tickets in 226 row Q were available when I did a search on ticketmaster. Late release? Who knows.

I had tix to this game but the guy who got me them (he's in the Navy and gets them free) didn't pick them up on time and someone else claimed them.:madfire:
I have tix to the Jan. 28 game vs. Dallas though and the person that got me those said that that game's close to sold out too.

Actually, it's also the very first game of the Holiday Gift Packs. I'm thinking they sold pretty well. I ordered both Holiday Gift Packs myself.

I doubt it, most of the home games over the last month have drawn big crowds, and usually weekends are sellouts or close to it, plus Selanne is being honored tonight, hopefully peopleshow up early.

There is also a pregame cerimony for Selanne's 1,000th game and 500th goal.

I wish I where going, but no, I had to buy ticketts to Sunday's game instead.:madfire:

Heh, a similar thing happened to me last year with a Kings game. My buddy forgot to pick them up and lo-and-behold, they got claimed by someone else.

All those things on my list were awesome. Good thing I didn't put "Ric Jackman's debut" on my list.

I wish these crowds could have seen the Ducks play a month ago when we were still awesome. But exposure is exposure.
