Let's hope all goes well.......... DevilFisch 12-22-2006, 01:21 PM Team USA gets the first goal, Nate Gerbe putting the biscuit in the basket at 10:02 with an assist from Erik Johnson. I wish I could see it, but at least I know the score and penalties so far. DaveG 12-22-2006, 01:49 PM 2-0 USA Pat Kane from Mueller and Gerbe I wish they were doing the audio coverage on USAHockey like they do for the tournament games. weezman 12-22-2006, 02:35 PM Looks like the game got a little ugly at the end of the 2nd. Riddarn 12-22-2006, 02:59 PM Is Abdelkader of arab ancestry? Because his name certainly sounds like it.. Rabid Ranger 12-22-2006, 03:12 PM This one ended 5-3 U.S. PanniniClaus 12-22-2006, 04:39 PM Is Abdelkader of arab ancestry? Because his name certainly sounds like it.. Word has it he was raised by hockey loving wolves. It seems a little odd I know but Eklund is rarely wrong. fitchcj555 12-22-2006, 05:13 PM 2-0 USA Pat Kane from Mueller and Gerbe I wish they were doing the audio coverage on USAHockey like they do for the tournament games. This looks as if it will be the Top line for the US, certainly in terms of production. I really think Pat Kane is going to have a "coming out party" so to speak. He is smallish, but since that no longer matters in the new NHL teams picking in the 3-7 sopts may seriously consider taking a look at hime when this is all said and done. I've watched him play about 5 times this year and a few times last year when he was with the NTDP's, his offensive potential is truly limitless. I think he could go as high as 2nd overall for that very reason (I think Alzner is going to be #1 this year). One of the most explosive players in the draft and with size not being nearly as much of an issue as it once was I can see a team like St Louis going for him. 5mn Major 12-23-2006, 12:58 AM Kane is going to be at the top of this years wjc...one way or another. The rest of his line will benefit. | ||
