Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I have a question. What month and year did he join hockey Canada? I looked for the answer but can not find it.

I don't know when he joined, but I'm damn glad he's gone, Canada didn't win a tournament with him behind the bench.

He wasn't fired. He left to become assistant coach of the Bruins.

I believe it was shortly after the Rockets won the Memorial Cup...soo....June....2004 ish or so I think....not entirely sure though...

Thanks Chris that is also when I thought he joined but I was not 100% sure but now I am.
