This agrees well with Dan Wood's new Duck blog (http://blogs.ocregister.com/ducks/archives/2006/09/the_day_after.html).

So, Aeryn is a plagiarizing puck bunny?

Darn, my cover's blown.

Nah, yours is much more indepth. D. Wood only has about a dozen names, you have a full lineup.

Just noting that there is no inconsistency, is all. Thanks for the update!

Mr. Wood obviously did not look over the equipment guy's shoulder to read the packing list. ;)

Wow. Chistov on the 4th line eh?

This is about 80% of our opening night roster IMO. A 7-1 loss tonight would be much more disturbing.

Im sure he'll be moved throughout the game. Anyhow...cant wait to see Pronger live on the good side for the first time!

I'd say more like 70%, Kunitz, Sammy, Green, Robbie, Joey D and Bryzgalov are all missing. But I do agree, a 7-1 loss with this squad, particular this backline, would sting a hell of a lot more.

Federok on the 1st will probably change with Chistov and various LW will probably trade off lines. Hope score or game is better then last one (Not trying to start anything). Interested in hearing how Pronger and Chistov do their first game.
Just as question who is higher regarded Leighton or Wall? Good luck, only pre-season anyways though

Leighton. He's got NHL experience and was pretty sharp last night. Wall won a contract last fall by having a great camp but tanked in the minors. Plus Levassuer has shown great promise so chances are the few times Michael Wall sat on the bench when Jiggy was injured will probably be the only times he'll don a Ducks jersey.

My unsolicited two-cents worth: J.P. LaVasseur is the best goalie in the pipeline. He's still pretty young, but I think he has a good chance of being an NHL starter some day.
