How is Joey Ryan doing in his first year in the Q? Any recent news?

Ryan's doing great! As a 16 year old he is logging a lot of ice time and improving all the time. He is fearless and will not back down from anyone.
I'm sure he will have an excellent 2nd half if he keeps developing.

Anyone but Kenzie Sheppard. Ryan did the old "fake dropping of the gloves" againts Shep on Friday.

That aside, Ryan did play a solid game here last week. He just turned 16.

Yeah, he was fun to watch last year on the Junior Warriors. He had a keen sense of D positioning. It was pretty hard for any 2 on 1 to score on him, since he always seemed to know when to switch to the player that was the biggest future threat. Still, it is a big move to the Q for such a young man.
