Methot is a very good defensive D-man and has grown substancially since last season, he's put on about 20Ilbs and is 2" taller. Good at using his size to lean on guys along the boards and take them out of the play. Methot is a very smart player who is rarely out of position defensively and doesn't miss an assignment. Unfortunately he isn't a great skater and has no offensive upside. If he keeps growing though who knows.....he certainly has a bright hockey mind.

Can't help you much with Hendrikx, but I can tell you he has fought a lot this year, but from what I've heard hasn't won many of those fights.
