Where will the Blue Jackets Finish in the west.

I picked 7th but you never know whats going to happen. I mean we improved so much and should be a playoff team, but man when you stop and think about it. There are a lot of freakin good teams in the West. Id say 2 or 3 good teams wont make the playoffs this year.

since you guys gave your input on our poll, i'll give mine.
like i said over there, I think spots 8-13 are going to be a dogfight, and i definitely include you guys in it. if i were to make a guess...i'd put you guys...at an improved 10th. I think you guys have got what it takes to win some games, this year...but I think that you(and likewise us) will probably fall just short. the conference is just too strong, this year.

without reading the postings, i picked 10 too. weird.

I went with 9th. I hope we'll suprise some people, GMDM will get this team to play responsibly in their own end and our goalies will be fresh toward the end and steal a couple of games. All long shots but that's what I hope. I just can't get myself to hope for the playoffs just yet.

If anyone else out there would like to have the fun I did, take a look at those talking about the sorry state the team is in and look at where they picked the Jackets to finish.

I'm trying to figure out where all the doom and gloom is coming from and i just don't see it. I guess I don't share the high expectations/slow start condemns us to hell for all eternity mentality.

I picked 10th as well, While I'm mad about the season so far... there is more than enough time to turn it around, but it will be close...I'd like to change my vote to 12th...Diplomatic enough?? :rolly:
