I'm Stonecutters FC. You pick 23 players and that's only for the group stages. Rules are there if you need them.

Pick your team and then join a group.
Being a member of a public group doesn't mean you can't be part of a private group.

Something not fully clear to me: The starting line-up your submitting, does it remain unchangable throughout the entire groupfase or can you sumbit new starting line-ups every match?

Bonne chance, mon ami. I'll definitely be pulling for the french to come out of their group on top. I've always liked Thierry Henry, and even more now after his decision to stay with Arsenal. I hope Domenach gets his head out of his *** and puts Ribery in the starting lineup, he could be a huge difference maker for france's chance at success.

No there idiots and probably believed that you could switch entire teams day in and day out which you can't. You can only switch two playes for the entire group stage so there screwed.

Yep, you can get another transfer for every stage when you click on the stupid McDonalds thing in the menu (next to "Groups")

Klose singlehandedly got me all my points, all 43 of them, I had him as captain :)

I never pay enough attention to these things, I should have chosen a captain apparently, that would have double Klose's scores.

You can do that now. Just click all the days on the calendar and set up your lineup for that date.

current team but you can transfer a few people.

If I understand correctly, you can make 3 transfers before the end of group stage, then 3 more before the start of the quarterfinals.

What cheating how can the first guy overall in the whole thing(not the group) not have any defence or goalies

If both of these pools have taught me anything, it's that you have to trust your initial instinct. If you don't, you start over-analyzing and lose. Not to make excuses, but I initially had Buffon as captain for today's game, and then I over-analyzed and switched him for the useless Totti. If I haven't done that, I would've won by half a point! :eek:
