Is there any hope for him? Will he ever play on the NHL level even as a 7th defenseman? Or is he pretty much an AHL career defenseman?

Jared Ramsden 05-30-2006, 07:37 PM That was such a good haul in the 2000 Draft for the Devils, but DeMarchi has been to put it politely, a major disappointment. 2 out of 3 isin't bad (Hale and Martin), but it appears more and more likely that DeMarchi isn't going to get a sniff of the NHL anytime soon or in the future. Then he got injured or whatever and scored only a few goals the next 2 seasons.
