I this guy finished with us? I no longer see him among the "prospects" (he might be too old) nor do I see him on the devs prospect list. Or is he returning to latvia?

Yeah, probably too old to be considered as prospect. Theres no information on his future, im not even sure whats his contract status with Devils, is it expiring? :dunno:

He is indeed too old to be considered a prospect anymore. Not sure what his future with the Devils is at this time....

Not any official word on where he will play next season. If he plans on playing in the NHL anytime soon, he needs to get himself over to the AHL ASAP. Not a bust yet, but he hasn't lived up to the expectations of being a 2nd round pick just yet.

OK. Watching Maxim Afinogenov here in Buffalo, thats what Teemu Laine sounds like. A great skater and stick handler with the inability to finish.
