a ducks fun and all ducks fan should be too...

No matter how this series vs oilers will end, this season we showed more than any other team.
At start of the season just some of us believed in PO, after Burke traded fedorov and sykora, many of us thought that this team will not even reach 9 place.
But all we know how good ducks were.
And tonight vs oilers we came back from 0:4 to 4:5.
Many teams would give up after those 3 goal in 3rd period, ducks haven't.
after 5th goal many teams will totally give up, ducks haven't
if penner was more lucky it would be OT.
this team has heart and is fighting with heart which I love some much. and tonight after end of game i really realize that im very proud to be duck fun...

So big thanks to all stuff,coaches,GM and players. Thank you guys :clap:

I think Ducks fans have been very good this series.

I think you guys have a great team... if not this year... watch out in a few years when more of your young stars to be mature. Lupul, Perry, Getzlaf, with support from Scotty and if Selanne stays on for another 2 years and continues what he has done this year you guys will be a force to be reckoned with.

The ducks took it to the oilers when the oilers started relaxing. defensemen pinching in, oilers puking everywhere, not a pretty sight.

I've enjoyed this team more than ever this year but man tonight took at least five years off my life. For the first time all year we looked like a team full of rookies but we also looked like a champion (it took a 4 goal deficit though).

I don't think we win this series but had we tied this game, we would have won the cup, I'm positive of it. That kind of a comeback turns the switch on. Oh well, the good thing is we are young and will only be better next year. Man tonight hurt, give credit to the Oilers though, they sure know how to play perfect hockey, just don't give them a comfy lead ;).

I'm proud as well...the only thing that makes me sad is that these were all 1-goal games...we could have won 1 or 2 with a little bit of luck...

Or maybe the trick is, you gotta let them get a comfy lead much earlier in the game so you have more time for the comeback.

I have said it before and I will say it again, the ducks are a great team, they have been my second favorite team next to my home town oilers since their inception. They showed a lot of character last night while battling back it was a case of just too little too late. Had the game been 10 minutes longer it would have been a duck victory, a 2-1 series lead by edmonton a lot of different dynamics in game 4, especially will the sick and tired oilers.

You guys have a great team and will be a force for years to come.

You should be proud of your team. That was an incredibly gutsy comeback in the final period last night. When Edmonton started racking up the goals on the PP I was thinking that this was a lot like when the Sharks started to cave in the last series. The Sharks appeared to lose composure and take pointless penalties out of spite when the Oilers opened up a lead.

The Ducks didn't do what the Sharks did. Instead, they put their heads down and worked for what they got, which almost pulled out a miracle finish. If they had tied it and sent it into OT, I doubt the Oilers had the legs (or stomachs) to win. I gotta give the Ducks full marks for that effort.

I agree with just about everything you said. I wish I could say that I believe we'll win this series. I'm not saying it's impossible. I just think it's extremely unlikely, particularly since we would have to win the remaining two games in Edmonto.

Yes, I did. Hats off to the Edmonton fans. BTW, you guys probably have the most raucous arena in the entire NHL. Talk about "home-ice" advantage.

Are you claiming that teams that beat Detroit, San Jose, and Calgary have no hope against the Sabres and Canes? I can't speak for Duck fans, but I would imagine both Oil and Duck fans are used to such baseless prognostications.
