I never knew he had a site.
You can buy blood jerseys there too.
I already got my eye on the red "Enforcer" jersey.

The Mad Crapper 04-08-2006, 11:11 AM WOW! You gotta give the guy some credit. He's trying to do something with his money now that he's not playing. Some of the stuff is actually pretty cool! The sad thing about Oliwa's situation is that I clearly remember him when he was drafted. Oliwa stated in an news article that he was drafted because the Devils told him they liked his size and speed, and though they could develop him into a good size 3rd or 4th liner that could score a dozen or more goals a year. When he got to camp in Albany, Matt Ruchty & Dean Malkoc (who were both resident enforcers for the River Rats) saw his size and hands, and told him that with his size, he should forget trying to be a scorer, but an enforcer instead. Rooming with them during his rookie year, they slowly showed him how to be a fighter & eventually...turned him into the goon he is today. I wonder if he ever thinks back to that time in 1993/1994 when he joined the team & they changed his perception of "what" he should be and what he could have become had he not chosen that path. Kinda a sad story when you think about it. Especially now that he isn't playing anymore in the NHL. chriss_co 04-08-2006, 11:22 AM yea, oliwa has shown flashes where he can pull some nice moves and goals when he played w/ the flames if thats the case, shame on those two river rats... _Ice 04-08-2006, 05:11 PM Exactly, Oliwa came to North America because of his skill. Then he was tought how to fight, and forget all about scoring. Damn those river rats. Oh well, I hope to see Oliwa's merchandise in retailers soon. | ||
