greetings new jersey devils fans.

i know a lot of fans who get all offensive and say how much they hate the devils..etc

i would like to keep this respectful. We are two hockey teams battling for the playoff spot, and this is how it should be.

I wish your team all the best in the next 6 games, and all i can say is, Let the better team take 6th place.

If New Jersey sweeps Montreal, then i'll be glad the therefore better team is taking the higher place which they deserve.

Saying I want Montreal to beat the Devils tomorrow and the last game of the year is wrong. I want Montreal to outplay and beat the Devils in both these games. If they don't, i guess we'll be facing Carolina. Maybe we'll meet up with you guys in the second round

Anksun - your avatar is my favorite hockey picture ever - Richard and Henry shaking hands with blood dripping down Richard's face and Henry's black eyes. Just epitimozes the NHL playoffs.

That said - I hope the Devs and Habs both get in and take out these higher seeded teams. Devils have had to much of their success from Montreal for me to ever knock that franchise so like you said may the better team win. I just hope that better team is ours. :D

HABS are a great team. You guys are really playing well. I always liked your playing style in the past.

Heart will always be with the DEVS though.

Both teams playing their best at the moment...should be one of the best, if not the best, of the season for us Devs. imho.

Thanks.. Quality Habs fan! Best of luck to you as well.. Montreal would actually be my favorite team if it weren't for NJ... Huet been playin incredible for you guys as late and it doesn't seem like Mtl lost in forever (8 game streak?) I'm hopin you guys draw the Rags in the first round. If you do i'm planning to go to atleast 1 of the games with my friends (who are all Ranger fans) and rootin hard for Mtl.. Good luck, just don't pass us!

For sure, I'm a great Habs fan, but the Devils are one of my favorites so...

Gionta and Langenbrunner are in my top-20 favorite players... but at least 6 of Montreal are in it too :sarcasm:
