The entire Mighty Ducks of Anaheim roster and equipment manufacturer TPS Hockey have teamed to pay tribute to hockey moms and emphasize breast cancer awareness. Each Mighty Ducks player will use a pink stick either during the team’s warm-up skate or throughout the club’s game at Columbus on Sunday, March 19.

Sticks will then be autographed following the game and auctioned to raise money for cancer research. Information on auction times and specific items will be available on mightyducks.com, beginning Monday, March 20.

“As an organization, we’re committed to being a team that sets the bar in community and charitable efforts,” said Executive Vice President & General Manager Brian Burke. “This program is just a small way for us to help stop a disease that strikes a great number of lives around us.”

 Classy.
