Trying to help a guy on wikipedia with some the head coaches for all the countries in the Olympic hockey competition. Have most of the "big teams", just want to know others be sure of a few.
I'm pretty sure the following are right...
Czech Republic - Alois Hadamczik
Russia - Vladimir Krikunov
Not so sure about...
Slovakia - Frantisek Hossa?
No idea about...
Germany
Kazakhstan
Switzerland
Latvia
Italy

Assistant Coaches: Jergus Baca (yes, the ex-NHL D) and Jan Jasko
Team GM: Peter Stastny
Director of the Team and Operations: Igor Nemecek.

I believe Switzerland has Ralph Kreuger assisted by Jakob Kolliker. Germany has Uwe Krupp. Italy have Michel Goulet. Kazakhstan have John Brophy( just kidding, I'm not sure who coaches them)
