the guy lost the rats game tonite because he was foolin around with the puck in his zone when he was the only guy back and there was a forechecker. idiot caught an edge and they scored on the opportunity after he fell. great.

i still love the guy. we all make mistakes.

Yeah he did play a pretty good game except for the miscue at the end. Doyle had another strong outing in goal and deserved a better fate than he got. The Rats seem to find ways to lose games - take 2 majors, other silly minors, play uninspired in the second and then come back only to lose on a turnover right in front of their own net............. Try again Friday. What's up with Ahonen? Is he coming back?

sigh. it kind of looked like the puck got stuck in water, but i don't know.

i felt bad for the guy, but that was a horrible way to lose after battling back to tie it up--especially since they did it with only 15 skaters.

oh well, just another average night in the life of a rats fan.

thats the first time in about 7 games they've lost while i was there.

jah mon. i was. up in like row g. seat 15 and my friend had seat 13. it was nice to have all that room...kinda like when i went to see the devils play 2 weeks ago.

meh. i thought it was bad. im used to 6k of people there. im also shocked that i personally had to get the crowd riled up. noone shouted or cheered until the 3rd when they joined me. i take personal responsibility for getting the crowd going.

yeah, i meant decent in terms of size (almost 4K is great for a wednesday in january), not in terms of loudness or cheering.
