Why do people care so much about Malkin catching Kessel. I couldn't care less about Malkin outscoring him... Everybody who saw Russian games says that it is obvious that EM is just on another level and by far the best player in the tournament so I don't know why would Malkin want to prove anything to Kessel. :dunno:

The Referee was Rob Matsuoka (Can). He called 18 minutes against Russia (9 x 2 min) and 31 minutes against Latvia (but only 3 x 2 min and a 5 min and game misconduct for Boarding). He also awarded Russia a PS but Churilov missed it. Only 2 calls in the third period, one for each team.
