I'm certain that www.dkm-merchandise.com sold Ukrainian hockey jersey's, but I can't seem to find any. You could contact the retailer and ask them if they will be adding jersey's any time soon.
Ebay is good place too, and may be a faster fix then DKM..

Have you guys tried rivercitysports.com? they sometimes have good international jerseys (check the clearance center since the Olympics are coming up with new jerseys) ...
