Tallackson recalled

This is ridiculous. Tallackson was recalled and philman was sent back to albany; I guess with his whole 8 minutes of ice time they didn't like what they saw.

I guess they want to keep him playing; I guess it's tallackson's turn to sit on the bench and watch while pandalfo and malakov get 25 minutes of ice time per night.

this bs is growing tiresome, they better let this kid get some ice time, he has size, soft hands and he doesn't panic with the puck which is more than i can say for many of our forwards.

On a side note I thought philman did fine while up with the big squad; all four minutes of it.

Let's not forget, he is a proven winner with the gophers and has scored more clutch goals than any other rookie on this team. The reason he sat out against the panthers and lightning is because he was sick. He has the same amount of points as Pihlman with less shifts p/g and has no penalty mins. He will come out and try to make a difference, whether he plays 5 or 15 minutes per game.

From what I've seen of both, right now I like Pihlman more. Sorry to see him go down, he never got much of a chance with playing time.

i was not complaing about tallackson; I am complaining that the three prospects the devils have; have been completely under used by the coaching staff.

You say our prospects are being "under used" in this thread, but in another you bash Parise for not playing well enough to merit a spot on the big club. Please explain that logic to me.

I never bashed parise I just noted his downfalls I noticed in the limited amount of playing time he has had; as far as tallackson and philman go, i have liked what i have seen so far, although limited.

I thought parise/tallackson played a very strong game against edmonton

and if i said he should be sent down; i meant because getting 3-4 minutes a night cannot help his development; but after the edmonton game i have a feeling his ice time will be increased
