robinson system is no good

I have watched every devils game so far this season. Robisnosn is the main problem with this team.

His passive system is not a good one for todays nhl.
His forechecking system allows other teams defensman to either skate the puck out un molested or make a nice easy pass forward.

this allows other teams to easily skate into the offensive zone or dump puck in with full head of steam putting pressure on our d that they cannot handle

if robinson remains coach and does not change his philosophy this team will most certainly not make the playoffs and will finishe near the bottom of the league.

On top of all that their defense are slow and do not pass the puck well at all, less rafalski and martin

You are absolutely right. I couldn't agree more.

He does not know this team.

Everyone is pointing fingers at players, lack of hussle, apathy, captain,etc.

This coach doenst have a clue or doesn't care. Hall of Fame or not, he is not head coach material.

As angry as I am about the coaching situation, and agree wholeheartedly with your insight......to lighten it up:

I read Daneyko was interested in coaching? That would be fun...I am sure he'd do a better job and the team would have faith in him far more than they have faith in Robinson.

They can perform when they want to, and my opinion is, they truly regret the loss of Burns. If Burns attended every game ( as in Florida), we would win every game.

The Devils, from the 80's to present, have had on major flaw. Everyone has one, we know what it is at least...leadership on the ice. Management issues in the 80's before Lou were the main culprit.

Although before my time to a large extent, the revolving door of coaching that exhisted destroyed the teams spirit.

Goto a Leafs board, Washington, Blues, Oilers...their coaches have character and speak in a completely different manner...as they are their team..they are involved.

Although New Jersey players and the organization has always had character like no other or comparable to Leafs, Oilers, the reason they are not considered a dynasty is a reslt of their bad coaching history. I genuinely believe that at this moment unless someone can convince me otherwise.

Freddy Cruger should get his ice cream truck out, he's Mr. Softie. Mr Hall of Fame defensemen and this D could check an 80yrl lady parked in front of Marty. Freddy is a joke. He just stands around not discipline his players at all. I would sit Ralfi and White down for not knocking down a player with the puck in front of Marty. Its just crazy. I tell you what Dano would a whole bunch of passion and FU attitude into that dressing room. Madden, what a joke you are. White you couldn't carry Dano's or Scottie jock strap. Malacrap and Matvisuck, I would give up the puck less then you 2 bums. Of Rafalski, where is your head? Are playing back in that Euro tampon league? :help:

Say all this stuff to the players/coaches/commentators faces. It's easy to treat people like crap on a safe little message board. Grow some balls and do something about it if it's affecting you so much.
