Gretzky, in a recent interview, said that Curtis Joseph deserves to be at the Olympics.

Here is the exact quote:

"I'll push for him if he deserves to be there absolutely, and right now he deserves to be there," he said. I'm not going to go in there and say, 'I need my goaltender to have three weeks off.'"

His play dictates that he should be there, but Joseph falls apart in the big games, always.

Id take brodeur just because hes like god in pressure situations, except for that weird anaheim goal from center ice

This sounds almost like a gaurantee of Joseph making the team. I wonder how Theodore, Belfour, and Turco feel hearing that. :dunno:
