I need a new defenseman but unfortunatly most of the good ones are taken allready. the only 3 availbile ranked in the top 300 are Bryan Berrard, Bryan McCabe, and Robert Svehla. All 3 of them are listed as Non-Active. Do any of you know when those guys are expected to return to playing? Are any of them worth picking up? Is there anyone ranked lower that maybe i should try to pick up? Keep in mind, I'm not looking for the best defenseman availible, I am looking for one that can help me the most in my fantasy league...... All help would be great. thanks in advance.
Spankatola Jamnuts 10-12-2003, 08:35 AM Svehla's retired, Berard's a holdout. McCabe is injured I think, but I don't know how bad.
Pronger's a guy that seems to be overlooked a lot this season because of his injury, and he'll get you PIMs, plus/minus and decent points.

I actually allready have pronger. I took him just in case he goes back to his old self, he could have been a steal with my 2nd to last pick. I guess maybe i will wait a little bit longer to see what happens. thanks for the help.

Cool, actually McCabe is the only one out of those 3 that are actually on my roster, i was just getting tired of having a player that is not-active taking space on my bench....but if hes only out for 2 or 3 weeks I guess I should stick with him.

Thanks for the advice guys, I'm trying to ad Jillson right now, and I am keeping McCabe on the bench untill he gets healthy. I'm tired of this second to last place crap.....haha my +/- is a pathetic -10 allready.....
