Nice to see the Giants so high.

Nice to see the Rangers so high! (as much as I'd like it to, I don't expect to see them in the Top 10 much this year)

Watch for London to creep up the standings though

Tack on another win for the Whalers, now 5-2.

I'd love to know how they figure out the standings...... I don't have a big problem with it, but I wouldn't have placed Kitchener higher in the standings than last week (1 good outing, 1 game where they were lucky to get the W, and a horribly-played loss this week).

Ah well, being the top-rated OHL team in the country is kinda nice :joker:
(flame away London, Plymouth, and Owen Sound fans!)

This of course was before London lost two in a row to Owen Sound on the weekend, so I'm sure London will fall out and Owen Sound will climb in.

Hopefully Kitchener will fare a little better this weekend with our two games against them! :D

Cape Breton is doing this without Marc-Andre Fleury so imagine how tough they'll be to beat if Pittsburgh sends him back, not that it will happen.

They are now 9-3 by the way after their 5-1 victory over Halifax on Sunday. Next game against Rimouski and Sidney Crosby will be interesting.

Pats probably fell off after that disastrous U.S. road trip. Hopefully they'll recover.

I can't see the Pats doing all that much this year. harding can only keep them in so many games. Since he's one of the 4 goalies for the WJC camp, I predict a slump in December. I just don't think they're deep enough to keep it up this season. But Harding will probably win the WHL MVP (again) at this rate.

Owen Sound climbs quickly up the list, with some key points against London, and Kitchener.
Now if they could have beaten some of the easier teams early on, they could be even higher.
I think everyone is healthy now and they've began to address some of their needs by upgrading defense and toughness through trades.
While this team doesn't have any huge names, I think it has tremendous depth in all positions and has very healthy age groupings and potential to be contenders for the next couple of years even as players graduate.
Hopefully they can stay healthy and keep this run going, people in Owen Sound aren't use to a club this good, shows the committment from the new owners and management...and to think this team was almost playing in Cornwall a couple seasons ago...

Suprised that vancouver dropped out of the top 3. Espically since they seem to have the better record than the two teams infront of them.

Oh well still nice to see that hockey is flourshing on the ice in vancouver.

Owen Sound is playing very well - Gherson is playing EXTREMELY well, resulting in a very tough team to beat!

It's nice to see Guelph get some recognition on the list this week! They're without their big gun (Brown) but they haven't faltered at all. With the addition of Klein on the blue line, they are a tough team to beat.
