Crosby looked explosive early on, but didn't see much of him in the 2nd part of the period. Parise has been ok, but then boom he nets one on a great effort.

Awesome job for Parise, getting the GWG in his first game is huge.

Congrats to Parise. He looked like the real deal out there last night. :clap:
And this is coming from a Pens fan. Looks like the prediction of the Devils' demise is highly overexaggerated. Although with the loss of the Scotts, I could see how some may think so.

Brodeur stood on his head last night. Crosby went back to the bench shaking his head. And the camera panned to Lemieux on the bench after one Brodeur save and Lemieux just waved his glove in frustration.

Looks like a great crop of rookies around the league. Looking forward to tangling with you guys 7 more times!

Ticky tack but......somebody give Zach a new stick! Not a fan of the lime green of the Synergy ST Grip. The Synergy SL grip is a nice neutral gray, plus the bottom is a nice red that'd go nice with the jersey.
