TSN Lists Sykora(the other one) signed to Caps??

ON the transaction tracker it says Sykora signed with the Caps yesterday...

Washington Capitals - Signed forward Petr Sykora.

I assume this is a mistake?

There is a younger player by the same name who has been in the Washington organization.

This has come up before...when Kariya signed with Colorado, it was then reported that Sykora signed with Washington and people started to panic for a second.

ah ok, not that I would mind as a Sharks fan, but it did seem weird.

After the Leclerc trade, I was going to have a heart attack when I saw this posting. I kidd you not. Thank god.

Plus the Caps Petr is a pale imitation of the Ducks Petr.

thanks for editing the header, I'm not out to give anyone a heart attack. Sorry to see the Ruccin trade for you guys. Like it says in the other threads there is a logic there, but a team has to have heart and chemistry and he was that in spades for you guys.
