President Bush to host New Jersey Devils, Stanley Cup

NEW YORK -- President George W. Bush will honor the 2003 Stanley Cup Champion New Jersey Devils in a Rose Garden Ceremony at The White House on Monday, Sept. 29 at 2 p.m., ET.

Members of the Devils, led by team captain Scott Stevens, will gather at The White House at approximately 1 p.m., ET. National Hockey League Commissioner Gary Bettman, Devils President and General Manager Lou Lamoriello, and New Jersey Head Coach Pat Burns also will attend.

The New Jersey Devils defeated the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim in a seven-game 2003 Stanley Cup Final series to capture the team's second Stanley Cup in the past four years.

BTW, how in the blue hell do you pronounce his name? Has anyone ever seen a pronounciation key in any article about him, or heard an announcer give it a go?
