nice feature article about Zach.

“Zach has a tremendous passion for the game of hockey, and a passion to win,” says Tom Ward, a former University of Minnesota assistant coach who is now in his sixth year at Shattuck. “He’s a special, special athlete, who always seems to have a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye.”
Ward calls him one of those “once-in-a-lifetime people” who was born to play hockey. But as skilled a player as he is on the ice, he’s a special person when he steps off it.
“I think the thing that makes Zach special is that he is just as happy for his teammates if they scored the winning goal,” says Ward. “For Zach it wasn’t always about him. He was a total team player.”
